This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents herein not to harass the petitioner by the third respondent based on the petitioner representation dated 11.11.2019.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
