registered in Crime No.376 of 2022 on 14.02.2022 for the offences under Sections 341 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.376 of 2022 and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Manapparai, Trichy District, is directed to monitor the same.
