O R D E R

For non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2022 passed in W.P. (MD)No.18758 of 2022, statutory notice had been issued by this Court on 09.12.2022 to the contemnor/respondent. Despite that, the contemnor/ respondent has not appeared before this Court. Hence, this Court on 06.01.2023, issued a bailable warrant by the Superintendent of Police through the concerned Jurisdictional Police to the contemnor/respondent, pursuant to which, the contemnor/respondent has appeared before this Court and filed a status report. Hence, the warrant is recalled.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 18.08.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.18758 of 2022, has been complied with and there is no willful disobedience.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. 20.01.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No cp To The Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Ellis Nagar, Madurai.
