ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against respondents No.3 and 4 and their associates, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no appearance on the side of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court on 17.10.2023, he had appeared before the second respondent, but the petitioner failed to appear for enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also fairly concede the above fact that as directed by this Court, the third respondent appeared for the enquiry before the second respondent, whereas, the petitioner failed to appear.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to close the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
