ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus to the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2023, wherein the petitioner sought for police protection against the unofficial respondent No.3, as the unofficial respondent No.3 is trying to intervene and trying to obstruct the possession of the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the application dated 11.09.2023 has been received by the respondent police and the respondent No.3 has also filed a complaint against the petitioner, which was registered as CSR.No.305 of 2023 and both the petitions will be taken up for enquiry and dispose of shortly. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

side) and considering the documents filed along with this petition, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to dispose of the petitions filed by the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
