O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.09.2024, consequently, direct to provide police protection life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed partnership dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and 2/4
pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
