ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representation and conduct further investigation on the complaint lodged by her dated 11.03.2022 and 19.09.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner has given a complaint alleging online fraud and the same is now pending in current paper.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
