Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VIGNESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9947 of 2024, dated 05.07.2024. 1/3

2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen that though the petitioner completed the condition for a period of 49 days thereafter, without getting any order from this Court, he himself voluntarily stopped to comply with the condition.

4.In view of the said default and in view of the plea made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall comply with the condition for another period of 10 days and thereafter, the said condition shall stand relaxed. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. sd/- 22/10/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
