Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned re-allotment order dated Nil on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent of re-allotting the petitioner to the Government Law College, Ramnathapuram from Chennai Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Pattaraiperumpudhur and consequently to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in Chennai Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Pattaraiperumpudhur in the case of non availability of seats in Government Law College in Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University on behalf of both respondents are before this Court.
2.Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of both respondents has obtained written instructions from the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, has placed the same before this Court, submitted that it is the stated position of respondents and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.23968 of 2019 therefore the same has been scanned and reproduced infra: 3.The abovesaid fair stated position taken by respondents, puts an end to the controversy in instant Writ Petition. 4.Learned counsel for writ petitioner highlights one aspect of the matter. It is submitted that lectures commenced on 30th September, 2019 and writ petitioner has not been able to attend lectures from 05.11.2019 owing to re-allotment to Ramanathapuram College vide impugned order.
5.This Court is also informed that writ petitioner can join Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Pattaraiperumpudhur from tomorrow ie., 19.11.2019. Therefore, writ petitioner not having attended lectures from 05.11.2019 to this day ie., 18.11.2019, shall remain condoned and shall not be put against writ petitioner while computing requisite attendance for examinations or any other purposes in future.
6.Instant Writ Petition is disposed of recording the aforesaid written instructions of the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
