To call for the records from the courts below and set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur dt. 27.08.2024 in C.A no. 35/2023 confirming the judgment in STC no. 91/2020 dt. 27.12.2022 on the file of the leraned Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur by allowing this Revision Petition.

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. In pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 21.10.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.91 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur on 14.11.2024. A memo, along with a copy of E-Challan, has been filed to that effect, and the said memo is recorded.

3. Further, the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Eighty Thousand only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.91 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur on or before 18.12.2024.
