The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners also injured in pursuant to the crime committed by the respondents 2 to 5 in Crime No.526 of 2017. CRL MP(MD)No.10147 of 2019 compromised the issues and filed a compromise memo before this Court. Accordingly, this Court, quashed the entire proceedings in C.C.No.156 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, dated 07.11.2019, based on the compromise entered between the sixth respondent/defacto complainant and the accused persons.

2. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition is allowed. Hence, the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.16117 of 2019 is re-called.

3. Post the Crl.OP(MD)No.16117 of 2019 on 27.11.2019. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AS) // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) TO
