PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Respondents to issue a "Non Traceable Certificate" to the Petitioner in respect of missing original documents bearing Document Nos.2707/2010, 1268/2012, 877/2013 in connection with C.S.R.No.732/2022, dated 05.08.2022 in the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, vide Circular in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022. This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents to issue a "Non Traceable Certificate" to the Petitioner in respect of missing original documents bearing Document Nos. 2707/2010, 1268/2012, 877/2013 in connection with C.S.R.No. 732/2022, dated 05.08.2022 in the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, vide Circular in Rc.No.2029209/General. 1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that he has no objection to issue Non Traceable Certificate as per the instructions issued by the Director General of Police vide circular in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022.

3.In view of the above submissions, the Petitioner is directed to furnish the details as per the circular of Director General of Police. The Respondents are directed to issue certificate sought by the Petitioner based on the details furnished by him as per the circular of Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of 2/4

copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
