O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner in any unlawful manner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, alleging that his signature was forged by the petitioner in the affidavit filed before the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, in O.A.No.17 of 2024 pending between the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegations are false and that if the petitioner has filed any forged document before the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, the Commissioner may conduct an enquiry, and the petitioner is ready to substantiate his case.

3. Admittedly, the document filed before the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, is the one alleged to be forged. This Court is of the view that since the issue is pending consideration before the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, in O.A.No.17 of 2024, it is desirable that the first and second respondents shall refrain from acting on Page No. 2 of 4

the complaint of the third respondent unless necessary directions are issued by the Joint Commissioner.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
