ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent in Crime No.128 of 2022, dated 15.09.2022 on the file of the second respondent police earlier to the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation in the above Crime Number, charge sheet is made ready on 25.07.2023 and will be filed within a week. 3.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the charge sheet, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall number the charge sheet within a period of six weeks therefrom.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
