ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner.

2.It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application dated 28.08.2023 before the respondent Police to grant the No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for operating the Spa in the name and style of Vidhya Beauty parllor and Ayurvatic Spa at Complex, Old No.19, New No.7 and 2nd Floor, bearing No.B2 at Tennur High Road, Trichy and the said petition is pending.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on account of non-appearance of the petitioner, the police could not dispose of the application and could not provide necessary certificate. It is further submitted that on appearance of the petitioner after enclosing the documents in respect of issuance of no objection certificate the required certificate will be given, by following the due process of law.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police and complete the formalities. On which, the respondent police are directed to issue necessary directions as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
