O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to issue Patta in the Petitioner's and one another's name in respect of the property is situated in Survey No.625/1 - having extent of 0.48.00 hectares (1 Acre 19 Cents), at Kangarakottai Village, Sattur, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's online application for patta transfer dated 02.07.2025.

According to the petitioner, his property with an extent of 0.48.00 hectares (1 Acre 19 Cents) situated in Survey No.625/1 at Kangarakottai Village, Sattur, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, was purchased by him and one another namely Jayasankar vide registered Sale Deed Document No.6313/2025, dated 23.06.2025 and the patta still stands in the Vendor's name as Patta No.3829 issued by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted an application for patta transfer vide Can No. 133260925135680 and application No:2025/0103/26/295195, dated 02.07.2025 seeking issuance of patta transfer. Since the same has not been considered, he has come before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and above said Jayasankar.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
