ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.1899 of 2010 dated 27.10.2010 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry in Crime No.1899 of 2019.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant and on receipt of the RCS notice the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
