O R D E R

The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that he had married the daughter of the fourth respondent on 16.09.2024 and that the daughter of the fourth respondent had been forcibly taken away from him.

2. The daughter, viz., Sharmila, had been brought before this Court. We are enquired with her. She deposed her voluntariness and willingness to enter into the marriage to the petitioner herein. These are issues which can be raised only before the alternate Forum. As on date, she is willing to go with the fourth respondent / mother.

3. We had also enquired with the petitioner and we had advised that it would only be prudent that he takes a decision after some time. She has been handed over to the fourth respondent. Since the detenu had been produced and handed over to her parents, no further orders are required in this Petition.
