This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13907 of 2023 on 31.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and investigation has been completed.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13907 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 27/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /10/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
