PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to secure the detenue namely Sankaralingam S/o Manickam aged about 25 years and produce the detenue before this Honourble High Court and set him at liberty For Petitioner : Mr.B.Arun For Respondents : Mr.R.Anandharaj No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to secure the detenue namely Sankaralingam who is none other than the husband of the petitioner.

2. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint and on receipt of the same, the second respondent conducted investigation and also secured the detenue. The detenue made a statement before the second respondent stating that he is not ready and willing to go with petitioner at any point of time. Recording the said statement, the complaint was closed.

3. It is seen that there is a family dispute between the petitioner and the detenue, therefore the parties have to approach https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
