This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining Crime No.125 of 2024 dated 31.08.2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Abiramam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Additional District Court, Paramakudi and the case was taken on file in S.C.No.121 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
