O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) The detenu had been produced. She is aged about 23 years. She had already married on 06.09.2025 one B.U.Achappa, S/o.Late. Udhaiya and their marriage has been registered by the Sub-Registrar, Madikeri at Karnataka. Her father had been earlier working at Madikeri in Karnataka. Her mother is also present, but she has opposed the marriage. Till the family accepts the relationship, we are not inclined to permit the detenu to go along with her mother. She may go along with her husband.
