The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.68 of 2019 registered on the file of Kulathur Police Station, Thoothukudi District for the offences under Sections 468 and 471 of IPC. 2.The issue concerns the management of a registered society. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16926 of 2019 relevant forms to the Registrar, number of forgeries have been committed. In fact, the fourth respondent himself has submitted a request letter to the Superintendent of Police for transferring the investigation to District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi. 3.I am also of the view that a case of this nature will have to be investigated by the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue proceedings forthwith transferring the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2019 from Kulathur Police Station, Thoothukudi to the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi. This shall be done without any delay. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed on these terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
