This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent in any way not to interfere with the civil dispute which is the subject matter of the property.

2. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the second Respondent had filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.151 of 2010 and the same was dismissed. Further I.A. No.176 of 2013 in O.S. No.151 of 2010 was filed to set aside the decree passed in O.S. No.151 of 2010 and the same was also dismissed since she had not co-operated with the Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry is pending before the first Respondent.
4. In view of the same, the first Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioner since the subject matter of the dispute had been agitated and decreed in favour of the Petitioner and the father of the Petitioner. The second Respondent had approached the Civil Court only for appropriate relief. The police cannot interfere in the civil affairs. The Investigating Officer shall act accordingly.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
