ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 read with Section 21(1) of the Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.492 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having totally 22 previous cases, out of which, five cases are similar in nature, this is not a case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
