2. This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025 for promotion to the post of Health Educator - cum - Lecturer on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025 seeking promotion, had already been forwarded by the third respondent as early as on 06.01.2023, this Court without entering into the merits of the case including the rights of the petitioner to be granted promotions directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner along with the application forwarded by 2/4

the third respondent on 06.01.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
