ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner alleges that the western boundary of the petition mentioned property actually measures 81.4 square feet but it has been wrongly mentioned as 78.4 square feet in the UDR sketch. The petitioner seeks correction of the same. He has given an application dated 07.08.2025 to the second respondent.

3.The second respondent is directed to pass a speaking order on the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2/4

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interested parties shall be put on notice before passing the final order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
