2.The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 01.10.2018 passed by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board appointing the Maintenance Committee for the petition mentioned wakf. 3.During the pendency of this writ petition, another order dated 07.06.2019 came to be passed. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and it is closed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
