ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/s. R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed by the prosecution, seeking extension of time to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.18053 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.
2.Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and considering the present situation, time to complete the investigation and to file the final report is extended for a further period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. "
