RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P(MD) No.7219 of 2019 in CRL.RC.(MD) No.566 of 2019 dated 16.08.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BOOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Addititional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7219 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.566 of 2019, dated 16.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7219 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.566 of 2019, dated 16.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no strong objection to relax the condition.
