ORDER

The relief sought for the in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary in in Alimadurai Village Panchayat, on the basis of the interview held on 30.05.2018.

2.The petitioner participated in the process of selection for appointment to the post of Panchayat Secretary. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents made a submission that the petitioner was not selected and the other person was selected and appointed and working in the Panchayat for the past about four years.

4.The petitioner neither to implead the appointed person nor to challenge the order of appointment. Thus, the relief sought for to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary in Alimadurai Village Panchayat, cannot be granted.
