ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order in S.T.C.No.218 of 2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam, dated 06.04.2024.

2. Heard Mr.T.Bashyam, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

Mr.T.Bashyam, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner seeks time to file an application before the Court below for the certified copy of the impugned order in S.T.C.No.218 of 2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam, dated 06.04.2024. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Revision Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays 2/4

two weeks time to file the certified copy of the said judgment.

Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Court grants two weeks time to produce the certified copy of the impugned order in S.T.C.No.218 of 2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam, dated 06.04.2024. On such production, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition "For Admission" on 01.12.2025 before the appropriate Bench.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
