O R D E R

Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings initiated by the second respondent based on the complaint made by the petitioner under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, has not been completed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner would be completed and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to complete the proceedings 2/4

dated 05.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
