This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 427 of 2018 dated 02.10.2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit the first respondent has completed investigation and closed the same as 'Mistake of Fact' and about to file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. The first respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the referred charge sheet to the second respondent. The second respondent is at liberty to file a protest petition in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
