O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection for replacing the old fence put up at Arulmigu Sree Thiravupathi Amman temple land comprised in S.Nos.93, 94 and 96 situated at Block No.4, Ward-D Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the representation, dated 18.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed pathway dispute between the petitioner's temple management and others. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and at the time of enquiry, both parties have informed that the dispute is now pending before the District Collector, Ramanathapuram and they would sort out their dispute before the competent Civil Court and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the closure report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
