ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in the case in Crime No.127/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit even though investigation has been completed and Final Report is made ready, it could not be presented before the concerned Court, since the accused is in abroad. But so far, no look out notice is also issued.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), let the above said Final Report be presented 2/4

before the concerned trial Court immediately and the concerned trial Court may take action to secure the presence of the accused.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
