ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Integrated Impoverishment Certificate to the petitioner in order to get compassionate appointment in Panchayat East Union Office, Madurai and to dispose her representation dated 03.10.2019 by the respondent.

The facts as set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition reads as follows:- The petitioner would submit that she married one K.Ilango on 08.02.2006, who was working as an Office Assistant in Panchayat Union East Office, Madurai. Out of the wedlock, she has three children. While so, on 02.11.2018, her husband had passed away, leaving behind the petitioner and the three children as the surviving legal heirs. Subsequent to his death, she had made an application for legal heirship certificate through online on 15.12.2018 and the same was rejected on the ground that the petitioner's husband's first wife namely A.Jeyabharathi is alive. 2/6

She would submit that the marriage between her husband and the said A.Jeyabharathi had been dissolved by an order passed by the learned Family Court, Madurai dated 13.02.2004 in H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2004 and only thereafter, she had married her husband. She would further submit that the said A.Jayabharathi has also given an undertaking that she would not claim further maintenance or rights from the petitioner's husband namely Ilango.
4. That apart, she would submit that she had filed W.P.No.11513 of 2019, challenging the rejection order passed by the respondent and the same was disposed of in her favour on 08.05.2019. Based on the order dated 08.05.2019, the respondent had issued legal heir certificate to the petitioner.
5. In this connection, the petitioner has made a representation before the Panchayat East Union Office, Madurai for grant of compassionate appointment. Upon her representation, the authorities concerned had sent a reply dated 18.08.2019, to enclose all necessary documents including Integrated Impoverishment Certificate.

6. Thereafter, the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondent on 03.10.2019 along with all necessary documents and further requested them to issued Integrated Impoverishment Certificate. However, the same has not been considered to date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
7.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2019 will be considered and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2019 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. The writ petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs.
