O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction upon the the fourth respondent to waive all kinds of interest towards petitioner's educational loan account No.32892732281 and issue loan completion or no due certificate to the petitioner after adjusting Rs.1,75,000/-, which was repaid by the petitioner, in the light of representation dated 15.02.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court gives a direction to the respondents to consider representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2019. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2019, and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
