PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.94 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.94 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage took place between the defacto complainant's brother-in-law and the first petitioner in the year 2015. Due to difference of opinion, they were seperated and divorce was also granted to them by the concerned Court. So, on 17.09.2023 at about 7.30 a.m., the second marriage of the defacto complainant's brother-in-law took place with another girl. Due to that, the petitioners abused, attacked the defacto complainant and others using stones and sticks and also threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any such offences as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the injured are still in hospital.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and also considering that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to 2/3

the petitioner. The petitioner can revive the application after some time.
