Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to revoke the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.R2/14478/2016 dated 23.11.2016 in the light of the judgment of acquittal dated 30.05.2014 made in CC.No.6 of 2013 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate- III, Theni and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularise the period of suspension with all monetary and service benefits to the petitioner within a reasonable time.

O R D E R

The suspension order against the petitioner is put under challenge in the present writ petition. Pending writ petition, the impugned suspension order was revoked through the respondent's proceedings dated 11.10.2018.

2. As such, the impugned order of suspension itself has become redundant. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
