Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that based on the petitioner's application dated 17.04.2023, enquiry is going on and after the completion of the enquiry, the respondents would take a decision on the petitioner's application within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry proceedings and take a decision on the petitioner's application dated 17.04.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
