RESPONDENT/PETITIONER-HUSBAND Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the case on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur in HMOP No. 45 of 2018 and transfer the same to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to try along with the case in HMOP No. 423 of 2018.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR..A.RAJKUMAR SEN, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is having 6 years old male child. It is also stated that the petitioner is willing to live with her husband and prayed that the matter may be referred to mediation.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for referring the matter to Mediation.
