ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus for a direction to cancel the permit given to the third respondent, for not following the rules and conditions prescribed in the lease agreement between 1st respondent and 3rd respondent and prevent the 3rd respondent's quarry operations in Survey No.5 /1, Navalakkampatti Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the licence was granted to the 3rd respondent for conducting quarry operation in S.No.5/1 of Navalakkampatti Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District for the period from 2/4

09.07.2018 to August, 2023. However, the 3rd respondent is not conducting quarry operation from December 2018. 4.The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent is no more and seeks time to get instructions.

5.By recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the 3rd respondent is not conducting the quarry from December 2018, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
