O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.130 of 2018 dated 31.10.2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police station.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submits that the petitioner herein has been released by the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai referring the case as 'petty offence' on 17.02.2023 and the matter had become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 4.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
