PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.299 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.12.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25, 27A and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.299 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier application of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 23.08.2023.

4. It is seen that on 17.10.2023, the matter was posted for hearing and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this bail petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner is vomiting blood and he has to take treatment. Therefore, the petitioner was directed to be produced before this Court through video conference.

5. Today (20.10.2023), the petitioner was produced before this Court through video conference. The physical appearance of the petitioner does not indicate the poor health condition of the petitioner. By making wrong representation that he require proper medication outside the prison hospital, this petition came to be filed. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
