ORDER

The matter was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Copy of the Memorandum of undertaking filed.

2. Both the parties ie. appellant and respondent and also the learned counsel for the petitioner signed the Memorandum of Undertaking. The appellant and the respondent are present. In order to identify the respective parties they have also produced copies of their Aadhaar Cards. This Court also enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.

3. In view of the settlement agreement signed by the appellant as well as the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed as per the terms of Memorandum of undertaking. The Mediation Report i.e. Memorandum of undertaking shall form part of the order. No costs.
