This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7341 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.545 of 2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition, due to some medical reasons.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and on the medical grounds, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7341 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.545 of 2018 dated 21.08.2019, is relaxed for the months of October and November, and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court as per the conditions, from December onwards, until further orders.
