ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 08.08.2019 in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.328 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.328 of 2010 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.328 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, was disposed of by order dated 02.02.2021.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
