This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, a case in Cr.No. 892 of 2023 on the file of Kudalnagar Police Station, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 IPC has been registered against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
