PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.489 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 07.09.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.489 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 06.09.2023, this petitioner waylaid, assaulted and threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Only to invoke Act 14, this case has been registered against the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having 21 previous cases.
